The Garden project
Written by Torunn, Posted in My House
I love my house. About three years ago, we bought it from my grandmother, and have been refurbishing it ever since. It’s taken a long time, but I am so happy with the way it has turned out.
While we have done everything thinkable to fix, update and finalize the house, the garden has gone unattended, leaving it in a sad state. Trucks, diggers and heavy equipment had more or less destroyed what was even likeable about it to begin with. I always felt bad about that, and it was therefore with great joy and enthusiasm that we began work on the garden last week.
Since the garden is such a huge topic, I’ll keep updating the blog with our progress. For now, take a look at a massive work-in-progress:

(This will hopefully be a lowered seating area. For now, it’s just a hole in the ground)

(Welcome to Norways biggest sandbox! Needless to say, Maja is ecstatic!)
Godt begynt er halvt fullendt. Lykke til, Torunn.
Herregud! Du fikser jo alt!
Aha.
Trodde du kanskje skulle lage en liten dam med en fontene i midten…
Gleder meg til å se resultatet, er så fint å se hvordan dere tar vare på det gamle!
Hilsen naboen.
